How We Started
Whiskey Hill Woodworking was started in 2026 by Jared Oyer. Growing up, woodworking was always a hobby he enjoyed, but this hobby turned into a profession when he started working for Jeff Egli at Whiskey Hill Home Remodeling. After Jeff's retirement, Jared took the opportunity to start his own business focusing on the woodworking aspect he enjoyed the most.
Daniel Yoder was the lead cabinetmaker at WHHR and has over 10 years of experience in professional carpentry. He joins Jared at Whiskey Hill Woodworking continuing to create high quality products from wood.
Why "Whiskey Hill"?
Whiskey Hill is a rural area located south of Canby, OR. Jared grew up living on Whiskey Hill Road and the area is very special to him and his family. Along with those personal reasons, we wanted to continue the legacy of high quality cabinetry that Jeff built with his company, Whiskey Hill Home Remodeling.
